Cancellation policy
• All appointments require a credit card to be reserved.
• A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel any appointments.
• A minimum of 48 hours is required to cancel spa packages, multiple services, for groups.
• There is a 50% charge for late cancellations and a 100% charge for no shows.
• Appointments booked within 24 hours are 100% the responsibility of the client.
Under 18
Anyone under 18 must have a letter of consent from parent or guardian to book or receive any services.
Return Policy
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a merchandise credit within 14 days from the purchase. Gift cards, services, series, and packages are non-refundable.
Check-in
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service.
• By arriving early, you’ll be able to relax and fully enjoy your spa experience.
• If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened, rescheduled or canceled with a 50% late charge. If this happens, we will try to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your service.
Facilities
You are invited to enjoy our spa facility. Private lockers, robes, slippers, complimentary coffee, tea, fruits, and snacks are available. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables into the spa; we regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Cell phones are not permitted in the spa.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards ($25 minimum purchase) and debit cards. Personal checks may be made only for gratuity.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of packages or services. At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by G2O personnel. Please note that gratuities can not be put on credit card. Gratuity envelopes and an ATM are available at the front desk when you check out. The industry average ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee. 20% gratuity is automatically included at checkout for groups booked with our Event Planner.
Spa Series cards
Our spa services are more effective when performed on a regular basis. With the purchase of three of the same spa service, you receive 10% of the total in the form of a gift card. Series cards are ideal for gift giving!
Rewards Cards
Available at $59.00 per year. holders of this card receive $1.00 reward for every $10.00 spent. reward dollars may be applied to service and retail product purchases.
