Sometimes, an opportunity that we just can’t pass up presents itself. Like that fuchsia Marc by Marc bag, originally $800, marked down to $450. Problem is, sometimes those “opportunities” crash our budget, leaving little room for essentials like, say, the snipping of our split ends.
