Loyalty Program
For every 100 points earned, receive a $1** credit towards your choice of services and/or retail purchases.
All points are calculated automatically, and your up-to-the-minute points total will appear on your receipt.
Points are earned once you have checked out of the qualifying service/purchase and can be used at your next visit.
Points expire at the end of each calendar year (Dec. 31). However, clients will be allowed a grace period of two months (until the end of February) to redeem points earned in the previous year.
Opportunities to earn rewards:
- 1000 points for trying a new service category for the first time*
- 1000 points for receiving $250 or more in services in one day
- 1000 points for retail purchases of $100+ in a single transaction
- 1000 points for pre-booking at checkout or online
- 1000 points monthly for select membership keys
- 1500 points for referring a new client*
- 1500 points for a series purchase
* Examples of a service category are hair, nails, massage, esthetics, etc.
** A new client constitutes someone who has not used our services in the past. The new client must mention your name before checkout of their first visit. Your points will be credited upon their checkout.
*** Points & credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for online gift card purchases.
