An Important Note Regarding Booking CBD Services: It has come to our attention that, per government regulations, our third-party texting partner must block all texts for certain words, including CBD. Cancellation Policy for appointments with Wendy Diamond Snyder, RN:
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid a charge. Late cancellation, failure to arrive for your appointment or notify us, will result in a $100 charge for the reserved services with Wendy, in addition to the usual charges for any services with our other providers per our cancellation policy.

Day Passes provide you with access to our Co-ed Sauna, Steam Room, Locker Room, Robes, Slippers, Fireside Lounge, + Relaxation Lounge.
*Additional space for Day Pass holders is limited, and we cannot guarantee all amenities will be available during your visit. Access and use of amenities is subject to availability. Day Pass Holders will need to show a photo ID at check-in to gain access to our amenities. If you decide to book a service during your visit, the value of your day pass will be applied to the cost of your service, but service must be performed on day that you purchased the Day Pass. This is non-transferable and will not roll over.
